We had no apology or offer to help us move all of our belongings in the pouring rain! Our new room was very loud and had no sound proofing to the point you could here the people next door coughing and using the toilet! I got into the shower of the new room and by the time I managed to wet my hair and apply shampoo the water started to come out dark brown! After a panic of what I should do covered in shampoo and dirty water i decided to get dressed and go to reception with my hair in a towel to complain and hope for some help in the situation.
